He consistently surpassed creative expectations and quantifiable goals driving $25M in sales through a new marketing/channel strategy in a business development capacity. Pat brings his many successes to spearhead Leap Hospitality, The Leading Comprehensive Food and Beverage Development Company, steadily displaying geometric growth with numerous client success stories. Pat is a graduate of the University of Missouri- Columbia with a Bachelors of Business Administration and Keller Graduate School of Management with a Masters in Business Administration.

-Created/developed new distributions channels for ThyssenKrupp Access with large retailers such as Home Depot, Sears, and Sam’s Club.
-ThysssenKrupp President’s Award for 3 straight years.
-Developed and launched new home elevator brand and marketing strategy to home builder market.
-Developed brand strategy and menu development for $40M Overland Park Soccer Complex.
-Led development/project management of 12 Food and Beverage Concepts at the $450M Kansas City Power and Light Entertainment District
-Developed and produced top design for NASCAR Café in Hampton Roads, VA.
-Successfully developed and launched Ingredient, Cox Brothers BBQ, and Blue Moon food and beverage concepts to market in multiple locations and set record sales for each concept type in the region.
