AMC Main Street Theatre
A restaurant in a theater? Sounds crazy, but it’s the latest trend in the theater world. The flagship location for the largest movie house in the country, The Main St. Theater, has become a must see place in the new Kansas City Power and Light District. Inside is the Marquee Lounge . A great place to sit back and have a cocktail before or after the movie.
Leap Hospitality was asked to assist with layout and design of the new restaurant. While attempting to keep with theme but keep the historical elements of the theater Leap provided a design that was not only functional but gave the restaurant a sense of place and comfort. Previous members of the Leap team also assisted with staffing, Menu Development and process/procedures integration.
